After the completing this class, you will have improved your pronunciation and listening comprehension. In this workshop, you will improve the following ways:

• You will be able to distinguish between aurally among difficult English sounds and will improve your ability to produce these sounds.
  
  
• You will improve your ability to distinguish between at least four standard English intonation patterns and four standard English stress levels.
  
  
• You will become familiar with the International Phonetic alphabet and be able to determine correct pronunciations from transcriptions which use this alphabet (dictionaries).
