All LADO employees are selected according to the highest professional standards, as required by school policies and validated by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET).

LADO Teachers

The minimum requirements for LADO teachers include a four-year university degree and at least six months of experience teaching ESL/EFL. However, many of our teachers hold master's and/or doctoral degrees and have over five years of experience teaching ESL/EFL. Many of our teachers have also lived abroad and are fluent in multiple languages.

LADO Center Managers

All LADO Center Managers are required to have ESL/EFL teaching experience. Because of this requirement, our managers are not only qualifed administrators, they are also teachers who are able to understand and support our students as they work to achieve their goals.

LADO Admissions Officers

LADO Admissions Officers provide personal attention and assistance to each of our students, from registration through graduation. All of our Admissions Officers speak multiple languages.
